Orders placed before 4:00pm Monday to Friday, will be personalised, picked and packed for delivery within 4 - 5 working days.
* Orders over £50.00 are POSTAGE FREE *
For all other Orders, delivery is via Royal Mail and is priced as follows:
Royal Mail 1st class £4.99 per order: Once we have picked, personalised and packed for delivery, your order will be despatched 1st Class Post. Royal Mail aim to deliver your order the next working day but can take longer especially during busy periods or adverse weather conditions.
Royal Mail 2nd class £3.99 per order: Once we have picked, personalised and packed for delivery, your order will be despatched 2nd Class Post. Royal Mail aim to deliver your order within 2 - 3 working days but can take longer especially during busy periods or adverse weather conditions. **** PLEASE NOTE 2ND CLASS POST IS CURRENTLY TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL - IN SOME AREAS UP TO 10 DAYS
Loss & Damage in Transit
If you do not receive your parcel within 7 working days of receiving your shipping notification email, please contact Mrs Prickles immediately so that we can investigate and ensure you receive your goods without delay. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged please contact our Customer Services team using email@example.com within 24 hours so that we can rectify this fault.

Guarantee and Returns
Products that are personalised are made to order and are individually personalised with the details you have supplied. Once the details have been personalised they cannot be changed. We therefore do not accept the return of personalised goods unless they are either faulty or because of an error on our part.
For non personalised items we offer a no quibble, money-back guarantee if you wish to exchange or have your order refunded. The item must be returned unused, in the original condition and packaging and be returned to us within 14 days from despatch. Please email our Customer Services team at email@example.com to authorise your return. Please note that post and packaging costs are non-refundable and at your expense.
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged please contact our Customer Services team using firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours so that we can rectify this fault. In the event of an item being faulty, or damaged in transit to you, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. When returning faulty items, we recommend sending them by Royal Mail Second Class Post. If you choose to send it back by another more expensive method then we will refund you what it would have cost to send by Second Class Post or Standard Parcels. When returning items please ensure that you retain proof of postage.
